Our prices are in Euro per adult, per child and per day.  Prices are inclusive of luxury wellness board and all the STOCK inclusive services, excluding local tax of € 1.80 (until 30.11.2024) or € 2.60 (from 1.12.2024)  per person (for those aged 15 and over) and per day. 

STOCK resort offers supervision for all children and teenagers aged from three to 17.

Child discounts are valid when there are two adults paying full price in each room (in double rooms and suites, excludes suites in category 3 and 4 at certain times), and also when there is one adult paying full price staying in a single room.

Category 4 suites: Minimum charge for three to four adults paying the full rate, depending on the season.

Price and terms of payment: We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of errors and refer to the current price lists.

We reserve the right to make changes, printing and typesetting errors as well as errors in our printing.
 

Double room, ‘Schlafmütze’ double room, ‘Kolmspitz’ Comfort double room, Tower room: € 40

‘Eiskristall’, ‘Sonnblick’, ‘Penken’ Comfort double rooms: € 70

Suites: 50% of the room price for a second person

(Valid during the ‘Family winner week’ times. Outside these times, the charge in all categories is for two adults paying full price.)

Third, fourth and fifth adult in a room: 80% of the price per person.

The discount for an overnight stay with breakfast only is € 15 per person and day.

Dogs are permitted on request only. Fee to cover costs € 29 to € 39 per dog and day. One dog per room. Charge for feed as per amount ordered. We regret that your four-legged friends are not permitted access to some suites and to the restaurants, to the spa area and on the lounger area. We reserve the right to charge for final cleaning that may be required.

Your luxurious wellness board starts at 14.00 on the day you are due to arrive and ends after breakfast at 11.00 on the day you are due to depart.

Dress code: An evening meal in the restaurant and in our ‘Stuben’ is always a celebratory occasion. For that reason we would ask that you choose casual, elegant attire. At our gourmet gala we prefer that men opt for a sports jacket.

On the day you are due to leave, your room is available until 11.00. However, rooms are generally only available from 16.00 on the day you arrive.

NEW CANCELLATION TERMS FOR STAYS FROM 17.05.2023.

In general, reservation cancellations are only valid when they are made in writing. 

• During the period from 08.01 of this year to 19.12 of this year, NO cancellation fees are charged up to 14 days before you are due to arrive.
• From 14 days before you are due to arrive and in the event of early departure, we charge 90% of the total package price.
• In the event of the worst-case scenario, we recommend you take out the STOCK travel cancellation cover when making your booking.

Cancellation terms for stays over Christmas and New Year's Eve

• During the period from 19.12. of this year to 08.01. of this year, we charge no cancellation fees up to three months before you are due to arrive.
• Up to one month before you are due to arrive we charge 40% of the total package price.
• From 14 days before you are due to arrive and in the event of early departure, we charge 90% of the total package price.

Up to three months at the latest before the agreed start of your holiday, the accommodation contract can be dissolved by STOCK resort for objectively justifiable reasons by means of a unilateral statement; for shorter stays this is up to one month prior to arrival. Online bookings must be specifically confirmed by STOCK resort and only then are they valid.

Cancellation terms also apply to bookings that have already been effected from 17.5.2023, and do not require a separate, new confirmation.

Fee for travel cancellation: For just € 5 per adult and booked stay, you are covered for all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness (medical certification required) and other serious personal reasons concerning the insured party. Should you not want to avail of this great value service, please let us know this specifically when you are making your reservation. Not available to book for reservations over Christmas/New Year’s Eve/Mardi Gras.
 

With our travel cancellation fee for just € 5 per adult and booked stay, you are covered for all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness (medical certification required) and death. We automatically take out this insurance cover for you when you make your booking.

We recommend cash payment (at a special CHF rate) or via MAESTRO card, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DINERS. Please note that credit cards often have payment limits outside your own country. Please get information from your bank.

Upon providing information about your credit card number and expiry date, you are irrevocably confirming that the final bill and any possible cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card, unless another payment method has been agreed, or another form of payment found.

Any services that have not been availed of will not be refunded. Please note that room categories are available to book, however specific rooms and floors cannot be reserved.

Price and payment methods: If there are errors in pricing details, we reserve the right to make an adjustment and will refer to the latest price lists.

Gift voucher validity: one year from date of issue. Extensions, cash redemption and passing named gift vouchers to another person are not possible. Vouchers do not have any expiry date in the system. Cooperation and reciprocal business gift vouchers can be redeemed on request and as availability permits.

We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted in our rooms, nor in any of the dining areas. You can smoke on your balcony or in the smokers lounge.

If you are not able to keep your booked appointment in our wellness area, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Upon release of the new price lists, all previous lists are no longer valid. Subject to changes in price, printing and general errors, as well as alterations to package offers.
