Whereabouts are the apartments that are 3km from STOCK resort?
Our apartments are 3 km away in the neighbouring town of Mayrhofen (approx. 10 min drive away). Their dreamy location at the tranquil edge of the forested area in the village and just a few minutes walk from the Ahorn and Penken gondolas, the centre of the village, supermarket and the adventure pool etc. speaks for itself.
Catering is not provided for the apartments in Mayrhofen. However, meals (breakfast, afternoon buffet & evening meal) can either be booked individually or as a package.
As guests staying in our apartments you are of course very welcome to our STOCK resort, just 3km away. Here you can use the 5000 m² wellness & spa world, with indoor pool and heated outdoor pool, the Family SPA and the 190 m² panorama fitness studio, the 25m sports pool and Aqua Fun Park with its 70m tube slide specifically for kids & teens - all free of charge.
Can I book a cosmetic or massage treatment appointment at short notice?
We definitely recommend you book your pampering appointments in good time beforehand. During wedding season and for short stays in particular, for the most part we will not have any appointments available.
Are there charging columns for E-cars?
In the entrance deck in our underground garage there are 6 charging columns available. Charging your car is free. After charging, we would ask that you park your car away from the charging station, or leave the key for your car at Reception.
Is breakfast available on arrival day?
Should you need breakfast on the day you are arriving, we require a breakfast booking to be made 2 days before you are due to arrive, so we can plan a table for you. We charge € 32.00 per person for breakfast.
What temperature has the outdoor pool?
The water in the indoor pool is 32°C and in the 25m sports pool it depends on the season - 28°C in the summer and 30°C in the winter.
Are dogs permitted in STOCK resort?
Your four-legged friend is very welcome here in STOCK resort. We charge between € 29.00 (up to 10kg) or € 39.00 (over 10kg) per day of stay for your dog; feed not included. Since we only accommodate dogs on request and the price depends on the breed and weight of your dog, please provide these details when you are making an enquiry. Many thanks!
We would ask that you bring a dog blanket and basket with you. Feed is charged separately, as per what you order. Please be aware that dogs are not permitted in restaurants, in the SPA area or in lounger areas.
Please note that in built-up areas in all districts in Tyrol, dogs are to be kept on a lead and muzzles are obligatory, irrespective of breed or size. In specific areas, including public transport (incl. cable cars) dogs are to be kept on a lead and are to wear a muzzle.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
On the day you are due to depart, your room will be available until 11.00, on the other hand, please note that your room is generally only available for occupancy from 16.00 on the day you arrive.
What is included in the room price?
Our prices are in Euro per adult, per child and per day. Prices include luxurious wellness board and all the STOCK inclusive services and excludes local taxes of € 1.80 per person (aged 15 and over), per day. Supervision for children and teenagers is available in STOCK resort for all guests aged between 3 and 17.
Discounts for children are valid when there are 2 adults paying full price staying in the room (in double rooms and suites; excludes category 3 & 4 suites at certain times), and also when there is one adult paying full price in a single room.
Category 4 suites: Minimum billing of 3-4 adults paying full price, dependent on season
What are your cancellation terms?
- In the period from 19.12 of the year to 8.1 of the year there are no cancellation fees up to 3 months before you are due to arrive
- Up to 1 month before you are due to arrive we charge 40 % of the total package price
- From 14 days before you are due to arrive and in the event of early departure we charge 90 % of the total package price
The accommodation contract can be cancelled by the Stock resort for objectively justified reasons by unilateral declaration up to 3 months before the agreed start of the holiday at the latest, in the case of bookings at shorter notice up to 1 month before arrival. Online bookings must be specifically confirmed by STOCK resort and only then are they valid.
Cancellation terms also apply to bookings that have already been effected from 17.5.2023, and do not require a separate, new confirmation.
Fee for travel cancellation: For just € 5.00 per adult and booked day of stay, you can cover all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness (medical certificate required) or other serious personal reasons of the insured party. Should you not want to avail of this great value service, please let us know this specifically when you are making your reservation. Not available to book for reservations over Christmas/New Year's Eve/Mardi Gras.
