Staff motivation and training play a crucial role when doing an apprenticeship in the hotel or as part of a student internship in our STOCK resort. In STOCK resort we spare no expense or effort in order to optimally train and motivate apprentices and interns. That’s why we have been awarded multiple times, including by the international professional gastronomy magazine Rolling Pin as well as by Falstaff as “Best employer of the year” and by the state of Tyrol as “Excellent apprenticeship workplace”.

The title “Excellent Tyrolean apprenticeship workplace” is awarded by the state of Tirol together with the Federal Economic Chamber and the Chamber of Labour, with the aim of generating attention for the importance of good apprentice training. This significant distinction is awarded under the strictest guidelines and shows that STOCK resort trains highly skilled workers as part of their apprenticeship in the hotel and internship in the hotel.
